Product license

When you buy Blueprint or Studio, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described below. You do not buy ownership of the materials themselves.
Who the license is for
The license is for one buyer: an individual, or an individual using the product for their own business. If you want a whole team or company to use the product, email us about a team license.
Blueprint
You may read and use the guide, the prompt library and the video breakdowns to learn and to build your own video pipeline. The pipeline you build and the videos you make with it are yours. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the guide, the prompts or the breakdowns, in whole or in part, or present them as your own work.
Studio project
You may install the Studio project on your own computers, change it as much as you like and use it to produce your own videos. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the project files, the characters, the environments or modified versions of them, and you may not use them to build a competing template, course or product.
Videos you make
The videos you produce with Studio are yours to publish and monetize, including on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and client work. This does not grant you rights to third-party media, voices, music, trademarks or assets that you add yourself, and it does not change the terms of the services you use, such as ElevenLabs voice licensing.
Third-party components
The CC0 sound effects are provided under their CC0 dedication. Open-source libraries keep their own licenses. Remotion is free for individuals and companies of up to three people under its own terms; larger organizations need a Remotion license. Your use of Claude, ElevenLabs and other services must follow their current terms.
Updates
Studio includes free updates for every 1.x version. Updates are delivered through your Lemon Squeezy order page or by email. We do not promise a fixed release schedule or a future major version.
Ending the license
The license ends automatically if you break these terms or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the materials. Videos you published while your license was valid remain yours.
